One can't leave Jamaica without tasting Jamaica's succulent Jerk Chicken, cooked in a pit with Pimento wood fueling the fire. So, Wayne Ashwood, Wycliffe Caribbean's network administrator, and his family took Steve, Larry, and Ken for a drive around the island.Wayne took us to an area known Jerk Chicken. It is also known as a center of the Rastafarians. We dined on chicken, pork, sausage, and lobster and met some characters along the way.
